Thats one bad install for satellite, but I can't tell you how many bad Cable Installs I have seen, its not limited to one industry, its across the board, Telephone, Satellite, and Cable..each have their fair share of hacks, also, how do you know a contractor did the job your talking about? I've seen many 'in house' techs do just as crappy work as subs.
