interesting mark up

we were in the process of doing a deal to purchase bucket trucks directly from a downsizing contractor in california and jjkane scooped them from under us. talked to them about buying all 8 trucks, the long and short is the mark up was 50 percent. ouch! we will have to keep on looking, dont want to pay retail! can anyone tell me what a fair price range for 2008 or 09 van bucket with versalift or altec is?
