need help

I have never been on here before so I don't know if I am doing this right or not,but I am trying to help my dad. some of you may not like him but I believe he is a fair man.My dad just had some major surgery the bill is over $35,000.00 and we don't have any health ins. I realize there is thousands of people who read this so if each one of you would please send $1.00 it would help us to pay the bill.
