Re: prevailing wage work

As a sub we where required to pay our people $30.61 per hour and when they told you to do somthing such as putting "Ground Rod Clamps" on the Vertical and we put over 200 on (and this was wrong) according to the contract we had to go back and "Cad Weld" and I had to pay my people to fix the issues they had with this and was not allowed to bill even though "THEY" (THE PRIME) was the one who told us what to do and when to do it, as well as give us the ground rod clamps in the first place........................ when we cut trees and was told to "Wind Roll" the brush and then somtime later they come back and said we had to go get a "Chipper" and go back up in the Moutains drag the brush out and "Chip it" while paying my people $30.61 per hour, again was not allowed to bill, this is just 2 things we had problems with, there was a lot more.........................
