Hopefully wimp pm's you good advice and you have at least some knowledge of the business or else you will be sending your contractors a letter like I got from one of my primes. The letter stated that I would have to accept 800 of the 5000 I invoiced or else I could have a front row seat to their bankruptcy. Before you dogs judge me I was in the industry for 2 years at the time and this never happened to me again, but my prime mortgaged his house for 200000 to start sweep contract under j and j in Kalamazoo and he was never paid. Good luck in searching for the money under the back of the real workers.
