I have worked in California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Texas, Wisconsin, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, West Virginia, New York, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, WASHINGTON DC, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Ohio without a contractors LICENSE. Depending on your area of expertise ... you typically do not need a LICENSE to do cable contracting.
