True dat!At some point there comes a time to move on. Bogus back charges, late or bounced checks, silly routing, silly meetings stupid CSRs;.................these are nature's way of saying move on. You have to assume management is doing it on purpose either to send a message OR to see what they can get away with. Either way the wise tech takes the hint.......................when doing this work for what works out to be minimum wage, that too is a reason to move on.Joe
