" Sir your workhas been loe in quality so starting tomorrow so your new wage will be $7.25 per hour.".............Then the employee says that he will not accept that rate and can quit or kiss up. But still...an employer is guilty of theft of services or fraud or failure to pay wages if he decides to deduct anything from past wages. Even the employee fuck ups are a cost of doing business. It is also a function of management to monitor, promote and discharge employees. They just cannot (may not) back charge employees..........Joe
