Your right. They are usually looking for someone who is a licensed contractor with there own insurance, tools, and truck. Example: On a small mom and pop system you can be the prime contractor, even if it's just you. You need to be a licensed contractor and bill the client for your services. That's corp-to-corp in the cable world. What I'm saying is when the add says corp-to-corp, if they are looking for a crew, someone needs to have a contractors license. If you are alone you need one.
