unions/it's time

   I think most agree it is past time to unionize.However I can't see it aver happening.I only have experiance in satellite[14 yrs.]In order to form a union all or most members have to have everyones best interest as a main concern.Most if not all techs I have had dealings with are only concerned about#1.As long as this outlook exists a union would never have a chance.Your thoughts please.
