Most problems I ever have with WH DVR is coding. It seems that no CSR can code it right. More than half the jobs have to have thier codes changed to allow Whole House.And the time it takes to get the codes changed depends on the dispatcher. I had many say " I fixed the CODEs" only to reboot and wait for download (3-5 minutes) and still not work. Call back and another dispatcher says shes now fixed the codes. Reboot and cross fingers. And dont miss a time frame, score good surveys, pass your QC, You made 12 Points! , If she fixed the codes. If not repeat.
