Hi.  I sent him money around 3500.00 to upgrade a lonaer unit he gave me for 6700.00. I got the loner unit but he kept the 3500.00.  I did not want the loaneer unit.  I was also just talking to someone form Washington and he stated that he sent him money, aorund 8,000.00 to him for a fiber machine outside of EBAY, and he has not shipped him the unit.  He never returns phone calls or answer emails.  Beware!
