Some companies I've worked for will work with you on this , pay you after 2 weeks then again in 2 weeks so you at least get something coming in till your eventually 4 weeks out. whats nice is when the job is over you still have 4 weeks pay coming in while you start up another job. What I have a problem with is the 45 day pay, you have to work a week than wait 45 days thats a little to long almost 2 months.
