Correction if that check says "PAID IN FULL" and the gentelman cashed it then that is what it is "PAID IN FULL"  But if it said that AND he writes "UNDER DISPUTE" and cashed it THEN it is what it is "UNDER DISPUTE" end of CORRECTION
