fiber on premises

i have 12 buildings with pipe inbetween them. they are seperated by 100-150ft each. i need to run fiber in between the buildings back to a head end. the entire run is probably 2000 ft. i need 2 fibers per building. i need two available fibers for each building. the problem is it is not possible to pull the fiber in one peice from the pull point, and leave splice points where they need to go in the building. how do i do this? can i just fusion splice and how many time can i fusion splice before it is not gonna work? thanks in advance
