response to "another scumbag"

Normally a reponse would not be given to such a classless ad, but Butler Cable Services has been in business too long and has a reputation of quality walkout. The record needs to be set straight. Case in point: The contractor turned in an incomplete map and another map with many problems. The incomplete map was not paid for and the problem map had a deduction of $200.00. Incomplete maps are not paid for in this industry and a $200.00 deduction is a small price to pay for someone else spending all day to fix the problems. All field problems are documented and copied. If a contractor "earns" a paycheck it is paid. Quality work is expected and if not produced this is the outcome. Poor quality work gets noticed. Instead of slamming a company make sure you have the facts straight.
