Like Kcookga we do wireless networking, setup the CPE on install and charge a small monthly fee for network maint. The monthly fee is about $3.00 a month, if the customer ever needs service or adds equipment it is free. If the customer opts out of the monthly networking fee they are charged a service call fee of $24.95 per 15 min block of time on site, which can add up to a small fortune. We also have a program similar to this for the house coax wiring, a lot of customers go this route to avoid the big bill when something does go wrong and it provides an income stream to the company to cover the truck rolls.
