I have to agree with wallfishman, there is no such thing as a $110 chargeback! Also, jprh and all. You have to be a "legal 1099" contractor per your State local laws! If you are being treated like an employee but being told you are a contractor then there is a serious issue there for all kinds of State & Federal laws to kid in. An Employee even if they say you are a 1099 is legally not allowed to be charged back for anything but a signed payroll deduct.
