Wichita, KS has a DMA office with a small staff doing mostly QC. They are also covered by 3 Home Services contractors (southern sky - good, AAI - only heard bad, and one other cant remember off top of head). Southern sky I can say firsthand is good. Jarrod is a very down to earth, quality guy. Havent been around them much more than a few weeks but it is rare to get a good vibe from anyone in the satellite game, and I have that good vibe from this crew.
