Funny one. We were doing a road crossing on a winding road in the mountains, so I had a groundhand watch for cars. While I was on the pole I heard a clicking sound and when I turned to look I saw a deer bounding down the middle of the road at full speed. It was heading right for the groundhand, so I yelled "deer"! By the time he turned around it was to late. All he could do was stand there holding his stop sign. Now I swear that deer tried to stop but lost it's footing on the asphalt and slid right into him, taking him out. The deer got up and continued on leaving the groundhand sitting in the middle of the road yelling WTF. I was laughing so hard I almost fell off the pole.
God is great, beer is good, and people are crazy.
