True dat!It is a buyer and seller thing though. For something you need and that seems ingood condition you start below 50% of new retail......below 25% of retail for electronics. Used socket wrenches and wire cutters....pennies on the dollar...they should have them in bins. If you know what you arelooking at you can do ok. Gotta know when to walk.Joe
