Any of you Directv installers having issues with the CCK not giving the completion code after being hooked up to the customers internet? I get the "Congratulations" message but it hasn't been giving me the code at the bottom. This has been happening now for awhile. I've tried redoing the setup several times and still no code but always the congrats message.
