The only time it ever happened to me was at Home Depot. I belong to NFCU and other than that store I never had a problem with them. They've been so much than any bank I've ever had to deal with with the exception on RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) they were easy to deal with but their branches in the states are few and far between. Of course that was back in the late 80's so they may have been bought out like so many other banks.
If everyone is thinking alike, someone isn't thinking.
