Working inhouse for years and yes all major MSO's are cutting budgets across the board, this gig is almost over to tell you the truth, it's been a long ride but it's coming to an end and soon. Contractors will have work, but the pay is gonna be hard to accept, in house guys for large companies had better start preparing for another line of work!
