Out of the Blue my insurance with 0 deductible now says I have a 500.00 deductible every year before I can recieve coverage.
I then get a letter in the mail and my Bank says if my Checking account drops below 5,000 I will have a 20.00 a month service charge.
WTF is wrong with these idiots? Is this the appreciation I get for being a long term loyal customer?
