On the bonded downstream channels, you do not want to be more than 2dB between them.
As far as upstream we are not running bonded (yet) where I work, but I would think as long the modulation type/channel width is the same they shouldn't be more 1or2dB either. Someone else may be able to answer that more accurately.
If you were talking system sweep of entire spectrum 50-750, I would go with what GMNTKN01 is saying. You should be able to get those specs without trimming the amp either, worse case 1 trim in my opinion.
