I use the Magic Jack and have found that incoming calls give me more problem than outgoing calls, but mostly when I have several windows open on the internet or downloading or streaming.
I always wondered if I can watch videos or download and talk without distortion.
By the way, when I pause my download or close the video it "usually" clears up.
Have you noticed, are you on the internet when you get a distorted incoming call?
