There is online training required, http://www.wildblue.com/dealers/training, it's easy to register and they will send you a learning plan. Once you have completed the online training you are required to attend an 8 hour hands on course. Find a wildblue dealer in your area or call DSI and ask where you can attend the hands on training.
the new equipment does not require a meter for aiming, not sure if that is good or bad but obviously saves you some $$$. good luck.
