some few areas have started installing it already mine hasnt. wildblue.com go to the bottom of page you will find a link for installer training.  NO meter will work on this dish rigth now and probably will not ever to poiint it you have to hook the modem to a computer and the tria has a beep built in you have to listen to. Dish is bigger and heavier I put one together the other day and pointed it and I dont like it at all.
