You say your tenants?
Do you have a boarding house or something? Because you are only going to get one "line" (phone number) with the Magic Jack Plus.
I use the standard Magic Jack and love it, the ONLY downfall that I see is if I use the phone while downloading or streaming videos the call becomes garbled at times. (However, I have the lowest speed that WOW offers)
By the way, the yearly service fee of $19.95 is going up to $29.95 per year starting January 20, 2012.
So if you are going to do this than you are going to have to hurry or pay an extra $10.00.
