Thanks d p Mike..............it was interesting reading. Still Directv has much wiggle room. They set up the system of contractors to protect themselves from exactly this sort of action. So far it has worked. I wish the plaintiffs good luck but there is still a vast army of former installers who will never hear of this case lor care. They discovered they were being cheated or, at best were not making any money doing installations, and moved on..................This is significant because Directv has been forced to respond. just that much is a step.................Thanks for the link..............Joe
