Wrong,   dual line from dish drop has to be minimum 12 " from electrical main....

Dish doesn't have to be minimum 10'  from the electrical main, that's ridiculous.  Maybe in Michigan not here in Ohio
Service loops are to be the size of your closed fist and flat panel clamps are allowed and used all the time and

YES we do have DISH QC guys here in Ohio that follow the work and Never once have I been dinged for how I installed it...

That is CODE here in Ohio ..  Why would you even argue it.. Just because your rules are more strict in that state up north doesn't mean that it's done wrong in Ohio..  DEAL with it.
