Orange 1 1/4" Innerduct has been used in aerial lashing for years: RRX, Interstates,Waterways, Between Bldg. Not the best looking method but I guessed it work, back then it was about all we had. Best method today for aerial fiber is ADSS, You just preform off on the Fiber itself. Built miles of it up in power space, it's costly but great investment.
