Yes I believe in most part that is what happened. I also believe the gov. does keep things from us. On thanksgiving I heard the true story of the killing of Bin Laden from someone who was there, and it was not exactly the way they told you.  I think they saw this 9-11 attack coming but ignored the signs and did little to stop it. It was a mistake on their part not a conspiracy.  Just my thoughts.
