Yes they took over from Cable View. Contract rates are better but inhouse you can figure 700-800 a week to start after your first review period if your numbers are good then you move up a scale or two in pay and you get routed better, then you can bring in more. Overtime is based on your production and hours. If you worked 50 hours and made 800 then you would get another 80 for the ot. They are talking about a 4-2 rotation in the future.
