So do I, If CX wants an old dish removed then the CX gets charged. I don't gouge but for an extra 20 bucks or so I'll do it. Directsat tells their customers that we will take down their dishes at no extra charge... I just love when a retailer vouches for something they have no control over...LOL Plus they came out with this BS about us contractors having to remove the trash ie all the boxes the equipment came in.. Hah.. i'm not a garbage man much less have room in my truck to take huge boxes back with me.. What a joke.
