Doubtfull that they will change their name, unless you have the name incorrect, DirecTV Home Services is O/O Owner Operated by DirecTV, not a contractor. Were you an employee or a sub of a sub? Did they provide you with van, supplies, uniform, or did you use your own vehicle/equipment?
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
