WHC does not come into consideration for bonuses. Point per hour, repeat call %, customer satisfaction %. 10.5 and up PPH, under 11.5% repeat, and 90% CS. The better the numbers the bigger the bonus. If you get it you earned it. FYI...you can close the job if you code it right. I.E. refer to maint, install, bury drop, supervisor codes first then it will close on the third try. Just do the job your paid to do, take the bad with the good and be safe. Easy as pie
