I read as much as I could drag up.It looks like the judge set aside the Directv lawyer request for dismissal of the suite. Is there more? Not only how far back but where? In what states? This has been going on for a long time....Directv has been able to point at subcontractors and laugh.What is new?+A class action deal often gets the lawyers paid but the actual plaintiffs get a few dimes and a store credit. Hope I am wrong.Joe
