Yes they will. The channel plan is the same for both. If your using US standard 802.1x anarchy than your channels have to be separated by 4 channels apart to not interfere but if your AP's are separated more than 100' or walls in between than a little overlapping will not interfere with your data but that's if your broadcasting at less than 4 watts. If you can download a European channel plan than there are up to 21 channels that can be used but some computers will not recognize higher channels in the US.
