have not heard that as far as i am concerned setting guidelines when it comes to telling a 1099 employee what they can and cannot charge for is walking a dangerous line just ask multiband digitaldish two I have worked for and have lost millions in law suites go ahead adcom. and of course this is still just a rumor. my advice always have a back up plan sue and move on learned that the hard way never let these bloodsuckers have the upperhand or effect your ability to provide for your family.
