Houston is a good PM. The rest depends on who the supervisor because they have some that will make things difficult for you. Pay wise they aren't the best or the worst, average is about all I can say about that. As for the company itself, it needs major overhaul in the upper-managment levels because they have the wrong people running the company that have no clue on what makes them money, techs.
