I agree with squirel, I've been in Satellite for 15 years, been with advance a short amount of time, but so far, no issues, good amount of work, only lost 2 jobs due to sales reps, but it was the customer that misunderstood what the rep told them, mainly dish customers that are used to having dvr functions in 2 rooms.
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
