From what I've heard this week, TWC in-house techs get a bonus if all of their jobs close out with passing signal levels on I&R. Before this past Monday we could change our levels manually if they didnt pass in order to close the job to TWC specs. Looks like TWC got wind that their in-house guys were changing levels and still getting the bonus as if they actually fixed the problems. Leave it to those dumb fucks to mess it up for the guys that actually do 85% of the installs (the contractors).
