Worked for them in the Alexandria Virginia area. They have some pretty good workers but the front office is no good in my opinion. Miss Charlene is as someone already stated not someone you want writing out your checks. She advertises in Baltimore for workers claiming to pay out weekly- this is NOT true at all. TNT subs under Mastec and everyone in the area knows Mastec pays out bi-weekly. That should've already been a red flag to me but I still gave them a shot. When I received my first check after waiting for a month and half (remember, you don't get your first check for 3 weeks and since this is bi-weekly, 6 weeks) it was only about $700 bucks. My advice would be to carry lots of vaseline in your truck when dealing with these guys... you'll need it.
