You're right...the pay may not be the best in the business but there are NO chargebacks...the pay is hourly with plenty of OT...ALL training is paid for...you drive a company truck...ALL tools are provided...material is supplied at no charge...Wait...there is the insurance thing...You have to pay for it... I am talking about medical, dental, vision, supplemental, and life...the insurance cost is decent but not something to write home about...Did I mention a pay raise EVERY 6 months? Also the technology is very good...A hell of a lot better than any QAM or Satellite system...there are drawbacks to the tech but we are in this for money and to make a living, right? When it comes to pay, which is always our main concern, you need to look at all the variables...how much does contracting really pay after expenses?
