You could fire the dispatch department and pay enough for competent techs.The tech takes a pile of jobs and rolls. When finished he calls for more or checks out. What does "dispatch" do?I once saw a satellite operation where the tech took a trainee with him ONLY to stay on the phone to precall customers and wait on hold to close jobs. The tech did fine. The trainees always quit and were always replaced.Joe
