Sorry about the injury.........there will be expenses and lost work time following this. At least the tech didn't die.This is why the wise installer hits the 'hood early in the morning. Roll in with the sun....do your stuff and get out. It is around noon or 2PM that the dopers & robbers stare thinking about what to do for the day. Residents of the rough areas know this. Cable & sats are a necessity because they sure are not going out on the streets at night.Joe
