Re: TWC whole house checks must pass!!!!!

Understand the fact that the customer SHOULD be taken care of.... the point is when one is sent simply to install a new outlet and the customer already has 3 dvrs, wireless and phone and the one just running the outlet is required to fix everything in order to get paid for the small job he had.
