I totally agree. If it isn't a standard installation, you best believe I'm charging for everything. Wall fishes, pole mounts, convenient outlets, mirror images, etc.etc. Now in regards to cinema kits. You'll be lucky if you even see payment dealing with DIRECTSAT.
